  1. Feedback - react to it!

    I understand advertising enables us to have a free email app. I accept that

    But you ask for feedback and ignore it.

    I have asked not to receive Dyson advertising on twenty + occasions (I have a compensation claim issue with Dyson’s unreliable products) yet they come on a daily basis

    Likewise, I’ve marked dating ads as offensive (fir personal reasons) and irrelevant yet they keep popping up.

    If you don’t react to the feedback, I’ll stop using AOL

  4. Be able to select contacts to to notified when emails is received

    I need to be able to select contacts that are really important to receive notifications when emails come in.

    Allow option to Reduce image size on attached pictures. I have trouble sending emails with pictures attached because of the file size.

  8. Can’t See Email Accounts

    Can’t See Email Accounts
    I’m using iPhone 12 Max Pro, iOS 16.3.1

    Just updated to AOL. Version 7.6.2

    When I open AOL. My email accounts are listed in Manage Accounts view, however when I go to Mail folders it shows no email accounts.

    In the upper left corner is shows a head & shoulder icon with the words Mail, No unread, with a spinner icon in the middle of screen.

    The previous AOL. version the upper left corner displayed a circle with AOL. Which you could touch to select a different email account.

    I deleted AOL. and downloaded again from…

  9. Inbox Highlights for IPad.

    I would like to have “Inbox Highlights,”in my iPad as I do have one in my phone. I think it’s pretty cool. How do I get one for my iPad?

    I never should have updated my AOL app. It was awesome before and now has become so bad that I might be dropping AOL after using it for over 30 years!!!

  15. STOP OPENING NEXT EMAIL (started AGAIN with recent app update)

    The recent iOS update started opening the next email, when you delete the email you are reading. That could open a SPAM message, putting user at risk. Such a dumb thing to do

  17. New mail gets moved to old mail by just clicking on new mail. Frustrating!

    Clicking on new mail should not illuminate any of the existing new mail. This new app is crazy in that regard. Are used to be able to keep new mail without any problem. Now you have to be very very careful that nothing is highlighted when you click the new mail button. Because what happens is anything is highlighted automatically gets moved all mail even when you haven’t read it. Very very frustrating.
