I can’t access my inbox! Can’t find it anywhere.
I can’t access my inbox, I can see that I have messages, can’t get to them. If I go go search it takes me to Google. Fix this problem please.

I like some things but not others. The three choices following an open email take up too much room and are not useful.

Make it usable
I used to like your app but now I can’t use it at all. I woke up today and no longer can access my email accounts except one, keeps saying it can’t authenticate so won’t do anything and is now saying I’m offline when I’m not. No setting anywhere to change anything. It *** now and I’ll have to go back to using the mail app on the phone.

Can’t log into my mail with new app
I can see videos and news but can’t see my mail anymore. Ugh!

I can no longer access my mail. I have been a Loyal AOL user for over 22 years. I can no longer have anything to do with this system.
This is so sickening. Will not use this. Cannot even access my mail. Do not use AOL for anything but mail and games and the game backgammon that I use will no longer be available at the end of December. If it does not go back to the way It was, I will no longer use this mail service. It has been my primary mail for more than 22 years

The app seems to have a few glitches.
New mail sometimes shows all unread messages. And sometimes says I have no new messages when In fact they haven’t been read

Drafts lost
I like to write emails over a period of time, and lately after I’ve written the message, attached the image, hit the send button and the message just disappears. It’s not in the SENT folder nor back in the DRAFT folder. Most of the time it magically shows up 6-10 hours later in the DRAFT folder where it’s safest to copy the entire text, write a new email and send that one instead of trying to resend the original.

Sync contacts with/Gmail account . Make the fonts BOLDER

Notifications on the inbox!
If you open the app you think you have no emails because nothing shows in the inbox unless you click on it! Too many steps in this app! Put a number on the inbox!

Why can’t I get into my AOL account at MMD 326 @LL this doesn’t make any sense you guys erase my baby pictures when she was just a baby now

Would like to sign into emails using a username and password as with the old version before the update to the new app and not use my Lock Screen number

News videos should be closed captioned.
I have been an AOl member for years. Why aren’t AOL videos in the News closed captioned? You are not serving the huge number of Americans with hearing loss.

Nicknames doesn’t work.
Please fix nicknames. My accounts don’t show up with the nicknames I entered.

Bring back easy filters / rules so we can send things straight to spam or a folder. This should be a standard feature on all email, and used to be simple to set up.

Fix move icon so you don’t have to press 10 times to get it to work!!!!!
