AOL mail app is for mail not news feeds
Looks like no one is happy with new format of AOL mail app opening to news feed not mail—including me! Not sure what you are still gathering information about. First 25 voting concerns are about this issue. It seems pretty clear—we are interested in using our AOL mail app for mail—if we want news we can then go to news feed or open a separate news app

Cannot accept accept an invitation from a google group on my ipad
I need to accept an invitation to join a large google group on my iPad. I get a 404=error. I have 30 other aol users that also can’t do this. Why. If you go to google.com on your iPad and type mail.aol.com and sign it you can join. Help

Please add the total number of emails that are in each folder like mail.aol.com does?
Please add the total number of emails that are in each folder in the app like mail.aol.com does via internet. I want to know how many emails are in the inbox.

When drafting a new email I can get the first few letters typed and then the curser jumps to the end of the automatic email signature.
When typing a new email in the app, I can usually get the first few letters typed in the right location and then the cursor jumps to the bottom of the email after the automatic email signature.

Automatically opening ANY message is a potential vulnerability. ThereARE emails that can do harm simply by being opened.
The default behavior should be that NO email is opening unless/until a user selects it to be opened. An email can be crafted to do bad things simply by being opened. PLEASE add a setting so that a user can choose NOT to have ANY email automatically open!
