To switch between accounts, tap on the AOL icon in the upper left. Then tap on the account you wish to view.

Bring back the older version! My iPad can no longer access both account and won’t let me switch between accounts after AOL made the change!

To switch between accounts in the AOL App:
- Tap on the AOL icon in the upper left corner
- On the next screen tap on the account you wish to viewThis should switch you into the other account.

Combine old mail and new mail.
Don’t allow mail to move into Old Mail folder just because it has been opened.

The AOL App is honoring your desktop selection to have old mail and new mail separated. In order to change this view, you will need to go to your settings on a computer:
-Go to mail.aol.com
- Once signed in, click on options in the upper right corner
- Select Mail Settings
- On the general settings tab, in inbox setting click the radial button next to Use Unified inbox style
- Click save settings at the bottomYou may need to sign out of the app and then sign back in to reset the app settings. This can be done by:
- Tap on the AOL icon in the upper right
- Tap on Manage Accounts
- Click the slider to turn of the account
- Tap the slider again to turn back on the account in the appThank you!

Retrieval of stored eMails in folders
Cannot retrieve stored emails in folders. If they are available takes way too much time.

To switch mail folders, tap on the folder name in the lower left corner. Scroll through and tap on the folder you wish to view. This will open the folder.

Where did our old emails go
Since the update, I can no longer access any old emails from any platform

To change folders, tap on the folder name in the lower left corner. Scroll through the list to select the folder you wish to view. Tap on the folder name. This will open that folder.

To delete multiple messages at one time:
- Tap the round icon to the left of the sender name of each message you wish to delete

- Scroll down and tap on the folder you wish to view

It’s hard to delete emails now

To delete email in the app you have a few options:
- From the message list you can swipe to the left on a message to delete.
- You can tap on a message to open it and tap the trash can in the lower left.
To delete multiple messages simultaneously:
- Tap the icon to the left of the senders name on each message you wish to delete (this will show the selection circles for all of the list)
- Tap the trash icon in the lower leftThank you!

Application doesn’t work
Have a new iOS phone and messages don’t load. If not fixed imminently will have to shut down my subscription. Did you even test this?
