Idea to remove the old functionality of aol.

Two of my accounts I use for business have disappeared. Can’t get them back and I have important emails that need returned quite ******.

Please put the browser back into the AOL app. Now when I hit a link in an article or in my email, it takes me completely out of AOL and opens up a browser in a different place on my phone. It is a royal pain in the butt.

I’m still having problems with my email on your app on both my iPhone and iPad. One of my email addresses (I have two) keeps on logging out and I have to keep logging back in. Never had any of these problems before the update early last week.

Your new upgraded app is very disappointing. Please make changes.

FIX THE APP

Your upgraded version of AOL app is dysfunctional very very slow. It is very, very difficult to navigate through the app. It worked fine before. It takes up to 2 to 3 times to delete emails. They keep coming back. Prior to the upgrade the app worked very well was fast and now when you think you take one step forward, you have now gone eight steps back.

The app update has now got me using the Apple app for my mail, the AOL app with a massive advertisement in the middle of it is pretty much unusable as it is.
In fact, it doesn’t work as it says check my connection regularly and my connection is fine.
PUT IT BACK HOW IT WAS, PLEASE

I have had this email for 25 years. It JUST recently stopped opening my emails after the app update. I called tech support and “Ben” said tech support is only allowed for paid subscribers. If you want help, you have to dig for it yourself through your email. I guess I’ll be trying g-mail since I can’t get help.

Get cannot connect message since the new update today. My phone is connected. No other app is having issues. iPhone 17. iOS 26.7. I can see the email on a laptop but nothing new on the app. This is the second buggy release in a row

Go back to original

Email font is smaller on both the inbox and when you open the email. You can’t zoom in on an opened email, it just slides up on the screen. This needs to be fixed on IOS.

I can’t access emails from my iphone!!
