How long does it take Product Support to gather feedback?
Why don’t you get Product Support some help? They’ve been gathering information for over a year regarding AOL opening up to mail instead of News. Apparently it is a hard subject to get feedback on (I’m not sure why because there is A LOT of people weighing in on this subject) but they OBVIOUSLY need a lot of help. Please get some more people on it and change it back to opening in MAIL please.

Stick to delivering the mail. No one cares about your bias news and now you added online classes. That’s not what anyone would go to AOL for. Just open to mail and call it a day. And the hoops you have to jump through just to give feedback are ridiculous

AOL mail app is for mail not news feeds
Looks like no one is happy with new format of AOL mail app opening to news feed not mail—including me! Not sure what you are still gathering information about. First 25 voting concerns are about this issue. It seems pretty clear—we are interested in using our AOL mail app for mail—if we want news we can then go to news feed or open a separate news app

There is currently no way to filter emails at all, the setting has been removed, I would like to filter emails sent to aim.com into spam as I’ve never used aim.com yet somehow I get spam emails sent to Aim.com instead of aol.com

Protect our passwords. Create a dual authentication. My password for this account is on the dark web. I am not in favor of any leniency on passwords. Make it harder not easier. By the way, I’ve tried to change my password but I don’t see the option on the sign in page, only the forgot password option. I’m frustrated.
