Unable to access mail accounts (says check your connection) on AOL app after iOS 15.3.1 upgrade
On the AOL app, after upgrading to iOS 15.3.1, I am unable to access accounts for email. The error message is to check your connection. Connection is fine, tested with data connection and other Wi-Fi and other apps, all is good with connection. Nothing allows access to account for email even just to delete it. The error message precludes anything else. Worked on this with tech and there is no solution at the moment. OK
Thanks for letting us know. Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and let us know if you continue to have connection issues.

Delete multiple emails at one time
I used to be able to delete multiple emails at one time. I can no longer do this. You can only do one at a time. Can you please respite this function?
To delete email in the app you have a few options:
- From the message list you can swipe to the left on a message to delete.- You can tap on a message to open it and tap the trash can in the lower left.
You can tap on the icon to the left of the sender’s name and then tap the trash icon in the lower left corner
To delete multiple messages simultaneously:
- Tap the icon to the left of the sender’s name on each message you wish to delete (this will show the selection circles for all of the list)
- Tap the trash icon in the lower left
- Don't see your idea?
