  3. Redesign Default Open to Mail or Else

    Redesign the default app open view to mail or give us the option to determine the view, or else I’m shutting down all of my AOL accounts. I’m sick and f-cking tired of seeing Trump articles every **** time I open this app. It’s blatant what you are all up to and I don’t need your 1995 email addresses anymore. Knock it off - we are all onto you.

  7. Return to email list where I left off…

    Say I’m scrolling thru my emails on my phone. I open one and delete it. It takes me to where I left off in my inbox. But if I open one, then go to another app (either manually, or by clicking a link in the email and opening system browser), when I go back to the email and close it, it starts me back at the top of my inbox. This is a very annoying little bug. Thanks

    I hate to being forced to down load an email app. And having it act as an HOMEPAGE for AOL. What’s worse is you NUTS at the $Chain haven’t a clue. Dude no one wants your garbage- for the news is the EXACT SAME ON EVERY CHANNEL. Accounts are closed for being different opinion than the lol MONITIORS of the sight whom worry of JOB security and flag everyone for closing. So let’s give AOL it’s *******!   11. It is critical to allow more than 100 spam emails at a time to be deleted since you allow hundreds and hundreds of spam emails daily.

  12. New mail gets moved to old mail by just clicking on new mail. Frustrating!

    Clicking on new mail should not illuminate any of the existing new mail. This new app is crazy in that regard. Are used to be able to keep new mail without any problem. Now you have to be very very careful that nothing is highlighted when you click the new mail button. Because what happens is anything is highlighted automatically gets moved all mail even when you haven’t read it. Very very frustrating.

  13. I’m Done with AOL

    As soon as I can change my email address from aol to something else and update sites that use it, I will be deleting the app. Obviously no one at aol cares that countless subscribers have asked for the option to have the app open to mail as it used to. Countless complaints here and not one response from anyone at aol.

  15. Changing Image Profile on New AOL

    The image that is given to you as a profile photo can’t be changed. This photo is located in the left corner of the mail or news page. This image can’t be change and I would like to change mines because I don’t like it for my name representation. Please fix this glitch so we are able to change it. My image is described as a skinny lady with shorts and tank top with red hair. I hope you understand which image I’m speaking about. I do not like using this new AOL because of the image that is defaulted…

  16. Group contacts

    I need to be able to email groups, especially be able to forward an email to groups. But I cannot access my groups in the app, only on the desktop.

  17. Allow users to change font size so that vision impaired people can use it

    You used to be able to change your font size. Now you can’t.

  18. I need to adjust the font for outgoing mail, using iPad.

    When I used .windows laptop I could adjust the font for my eyesight.
    Now using iPad, there is no setting for this.

  19. Feedback - react to it!

    I understand advertising enables us to have a free email app. I accept that

    But you ask for feedback and ignore it.

    I have asked not to receive Dyson advertising on twenty + occasions (I have a compensation claim issue with Dyson’s unreliable products) yet they come on a daily basis

    Likewise, I’ve marked dating ads as offensive (fir personal reasons) and irrelevant yet they keep popping up.

    If you don’t react to the feedback, I’ll stop using AOL

  20. allow folder move

    I want to be able to move my custom folders around like I used to do before you prevented the use of Outlook.
