  3. indicator on new emails not working

    All of a sudden the indicator for a new email message doesn’t work on my iPad. Hasn’t worked on my iPhone for a while. Nothing has changed with my settings and I’ve verified that I AM set up to show my number of new emails. Fix this.

    This issue might happen due to the senders' IP reputation or email content such as pictures/links. The more often you mark these emails as Not Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as legit. I'm sorry there is no quick fix for this.

    AOL emails issue. When I click icon to read email get a blank screen on iPhone homepage AOL icon. Unable to see/view/review emails.

    Spam emails on aol app have only 3 days history whereas the webmail has 30 days. Should be 30 days.

  7. Smtps/IMAP Einstellungen in App einsehbar

    Mein Apple Mail Programm kann meine Mails von meinen AOL Konto nicht mehr abrufen. Das geht schon etwas 1 Jahr nicht mehr und täglich bekomme ich eine automatische Mail, ich soll meine Anmeldedaten anpassen. SMTPS/IMAP ??? Wäre schön, wenn das in FAQ Bereich beschrieben wäre.

  10. Block

    I blocked a person’s email, on AOL! The person, at the same email address, was able to tell that I blocked the person, and still emailed me! (I did this months ago.)

    On your new block location, again I blocked this email, and the scammer still was able to email me!

  12. iOS version of app is broken

    My new mail is placed in the trash folder before I even get to see it! Notifications try to show me the new mail from my inbox, but since nothing is there, it “hangs”.
    This needs fixed ASAP, please.

  17. Email shifting

    I was deleting emails from 10/14 and when I started selecting them it shifted to 9 hours prior. I ended up deleting mail I didn't want to because I didn't see the shift in dates. Also, after deleting emails from a earlier date, the list goes back to the top and I have to scroll back to the date i was at. Its annoying, please fix

  18. Spam confirmation setting not working again.

    The app is back to requesting me to confirm spam and if I want to unsubscribe instead. I just want it gone. It is spam, I have option to confirm off but it doesn't matter. It had stopped asking for awhile now back to asking. Filters aren't always working when sender just keeps using different spoofed emails. I know how to make filters. Don't need those instructions again.
    I have confirm reporting spam option turned off. Still asked if I want help Unsubscribing from the email address. Have your option settings actually work.

    Hi there,

    While most spam should be caught by our Spam filters, occasionally some can slip through. If that does happen it's very important to mark the email as Spam. It lets our system learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make AOL Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails. Additionally, you can create filters to send specific emails to Trash, on the webmail at mail.aol.com and they will work while on the app as well.
