Balance News
Your choice of news is carefully selected to report good for Dems and bad for Reps. This may be enjoyable for some. I am a moderate and would love to see balanced news not carefully selected news to benefit one side and the opposite for the other.

Stop switching from pictures/text to video whenever I go to open an article!
Give me the choice between pictures/text or video instead of automatically switching me to video whenever I try open or even just view articles in the news .

Stop changing the news feed while I’m looking at it.
The constant updating on my iPad is distractive, makes me click away. Slow down the updates, please, give me time to read. Thanks.

End auto start of audio on videos that I have not even selected to watch
End automatic start of videos I have not even selected. I want to pick what I watch and hear. The audio on a unwanted video is annoying while scanning videos to select what I do want to watch. And stop the automatic repeat of videos.

I recently started receiving Canadian news, rather than American, in my News Feed. What the heck? Please fix!

I’m not sure what happened to this app from yesterday but it isn’t working!
My new mail doesn’t come up right away. I have to hit “try again” many times or shut my phone off and hope it resets. I would appreciate some support or guidance as to how to get my mail easily.
