I don’t like the new email version for mobile accounts! I don’t want ads in the middle of my mail.!
The new mobile email settings suck! I don’t want my mail to have ads in the middle of it. I can’t find recently deleted mail! I don’t want my mail separated from today’s, yesterday etc. It’s hard to navigate through to find what I’m looking for! Leave it the way it was!

The WORST! Go back to what's worked for decades!
TERRIBLE, like everything else Verizon touches. Cumbersome, time wasting, buggy. If you don't bring back the old version will have to migrate out after 30+ years.

The aol app is not working on. My iPhone and iPad. As of this moment I can only get my mail if I sign in on the browser. What did you do?

How do I cancel something you are charging me for?
I am being charged for something I don't want. I think I signed up by accident. Please cancel it immediately.

Please restore the former version of AOL Mail. Since your improvements I can no longer read most of my emails.
The new and improved AOL mail is abysmally flawed. Incoming e-mail attachments are impossible to open; I receive error messages or just nothing to open. The most prominent feature is advertising, which appears in highly large, frequent and intrusive form. Please revert to the former functionality and ease of use of the previous form.
