Bring back the "EMPTY TRASH" BUTTON!!!!!
Please bring back the EMPTY TRASH and EMPTY SPAM blue buttons. They were the BEST PART of your email service. Now, you're just like Yahoo & Gmail which is very disappointing. Now I have to click EVERY SINGLE BOX IN BOTH SPAM & TRASH TO DELETE!151st

Swiping
I can't swipe to get from one email to the next no matter what I do. In basic email there is at least an arrow button to move from one to another but that's much more trouble than swiping. In the new email format I can't swipe and no arrow to move. When I toggle from old to New format in settings, nothing seems to change. It all seems to be the new awful format

The new format sucks. Why is my dad's name above my mother's email address? What is this the 50s? when married women could not have their name on the bank account, only the husband? Stupid and missing off my 83 year old mom. Plus me as she insuists that I fix your internal coding problems. Also we need access to old mail or go back to paid accounts so my mom can have her own email address again. Take the wrong name off her account

Horrible! Inconvenient placement of control buttons, no global button for deletion of trash and spam, to name a few...please please please go back to the previous version or you're going to lose a lot of subscribers!

Yikes
As it's been since AOL from its very first upgrade, something major always gets messed up. AOL worked just fine on my Android cell phone before whatever AOL did a few months ago.
Now, if I want to send any attachments in any New or Reply emails, I have to send myself an email with attachments from my (hated) Gmail email address. Once I get it in my AOL mail, I can forward the attachments.
But I can't download those attachments or any from AOL. I have to forward those AOL emails to my (hated) Gmail account. If I didn't… -

Truly the worst redesign of all time. Everyone that worked on this should be fired.

Hate new mail version!!!! Old mail gone. Please change itback. I needmy old mail and it is harc to read. If not changefback will go to gmail

Why doesn't the search work under contacts? Put back my old AOL. Do not like this version . User unfriendly!

Forwarding
If you decide to no longer support 3rd party apps to access our email, please provide an option to forward our emails to another account. Not everyone has unlimited space on their phones to download an app for each individual thing. It's more efficient to have 1 app for all emails
