What happened to the old view?
Suddenly my email is different and I have less choices.
I have been with AOL since 1996 and now they want me to pay to be able to navigate like I use to????? -
Frustrating mail system
I love AOL mail on my pc where I have AOL Golb . I am NOT a fan of aol mail on a Kindle. There are no instructions, no map to tell me how to get where I need to be, and it goes back to home at odd times. There is one page where I select unwanted mails and dump them in the trash and another where I must swipe left to delete each one. Most frustrating. Setup I have ever tried to use.

Hate, HATE, HATE seeing only 10 emails at a time in Inbox on phone. Put it back to looking like it does on computer!

I have serious OCD and anxiety!! I hate the new formats please put it back. I can’t work the new one. I am having anxiety over this might need higher dosage of meds if you don’t put back. I n am serious....

AOL APP
The aol app is not working on. My iPhone and iPad. As of this moment I can only get my mail if I sign in on the browser. What did you do?

The Mail needs a Delete All feature for deleting unwanted mail.
With a Delete All feature a user will be able to collectively delete all unwanted mail with one action instead needing to delete unwanted mail individually.

Truly the worst redesign of all time. Everyone that worked on this should be fired.

Forcing Users to get AOL App?
Put options for email back on top. Not at bottom.
Restore Old Email folder.
Auto move read mail to Old Email.
Allow 3rd party mobile email clients.
You're losing me as a user otherwise.
Fire your designer.

I dislike the new version of mobile aol and even after using the settings, I can't get back my old version. The tool bar to delete is down at the very bottom (you got to scroll through every email). And for the spam folder, I can not select all to delete. I have to check off each email then delete. There used to be a folder delete I could select or a select all I could check off and everything got deleted. Now, I'm actually open some by accident bc of this new design. I want what I had back!…

After a half hour I haven’t even been able to open an e-mail. Is this thing even functional?
This is a head scratcher. Where are my old e-mails? Why do I have to wait for over a minute for every function?

So I went into settings and clicked old AOL instead of new but nothing changed. I tried this a few times and nothing happened, so I'm stuck with this, if this "basic email" doesn't work. I'm not sure what I'm getting in for clicking "basic email" hopefully it'll be better but if not I might have to get an new account with someone… -
Why doesn't the search work under contacts? Put back my old AOL. Do not like this version . User unfriendly!

Block emails
This is ridiculous, I am trying to block from receiving emails from an individual and I have been searching for a way to do it for 45 minutes. Why? It is stupid that you simply don't have something like, oh I don’t know, “blocking emails”. Wow! Probably way to simple.
