How about letting me access my own account for starters. The secondary otp to my recovery email never comes through. I had to dig through my drawers to find and old device I had used a year ago to sign in. I wasted hours trying to get in. What's the problem with your system? Why does the otp never get sent? I checked all the folders, Junk, spam etc. Still waiting. Hours went by. I tried again and again and again. Not one otp ever came out of dozens of attempts. Completely unreliable service. I would never ever ever rely on an aol email address.
