WHY DOES MY OPEN EMAIL DISAPPEAR
WHY DOES THE EMAIL DISAPPEAR OR CLOSE BY ITSELF AS SOON AS I GO TO ANOTHER OPEN WINDOW...IM LOOKING AT THE EMAIL TO GET INFO TO COMPARE TO ANOTHER PAGE. WHY HAVE YOU RUINED AOL EMAIL???? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS AND TELL ME ANOTHER EMAIL I CAN USE TO ACTUALLY BE ABOLE TO DO EMAIL STULL. AOL HAS RUINED THIS TO BE LIKE YAHOO EMAIL

YOUR NEW FORMAT IS CUTTING OFF THE EMAIL
WHAT THE ****???? YOUR NEW FORMAT HAS CUST OFF PART OF THE EMAILS AS THEY WERE SENT IN THE PREVIOUS VERSION.... YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED AND BANISHED AOL SUCKS LIKE YAHOO

New email
The "new" email is ridiculous. It is HARDER to use. It was NOT broken, why do you have to mess with things that work? Change it, I HATE IT. It was perfectly fine before and EASY to use. Why would you want to make it HARDER to use?????? Ya'll make absolutely no sense whatsoever.
Hi there. You might want to switch to the standard version of the New AOL Mail, this one has more features. To switch to the standard version, you should see the link to switch at the top right corner of your page, under the Sign out button.

Why do I have to push apply to put mail in a folder? Why won't you fix the font size? Why is my mail on more than one page? Why do you have "apply" at the top and bottom of the e-mail page? Why did you change things? Why didn't you leave well enough alone? Why don't you put it back to normal?

Go back to previous version!!!
I hate the new format. I have to dropdown "Unread" EVERYTIME!! SO annoying! Also it doesn't delete emails on my laptop that I deleted on my iPhone! UGH!!

What's the problem with the up/down arrows?
Why are the up/down arrows in my e-mail sometimes there and sometimes not? Why did you ***** this up so badly?? Someone needs to be fired for the mess your users are dealing with. FIX IT!!! GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT!!!
