Email reception settings
All of the e-mail newsletters I subscribe to are blocked by AOL and do not arrive in my mailbox. I wish AOL would allow users to set which e-mails should be blocked, without determining whether they are spam or not.

list jumps to top on every delete. what a pain!!!
every time I delete a message or a folder, the list jumps back to the top. what a pain!!!!!

cant reply to email in specific sections
aol blocks responding in the body of an email to specific things, i can only respond at the top as a diatribe instead of breaking down my response to the previous response like a normal conversation and enabling original text is not an option is aol email settings

WHY DOES MY OPEN EMAIL DISAPPEAR
WHY DOES THE EMAIL DISAPPEAR OR CLOSE BY ITSELF AS SOON AS I GO TO ANOTHER OPEN WINDOW...IM LOOKING AT THE EMAIL TO GET INFO TO COMPARE TO ANOTHER PAGE. WHY HAVE YOU RUINED AOL EMAIL???? New email
The "new" email is ridiculous. It is HARDER to use. It was NOT broken, why do you have to mess with things that work? Change it, I HATE IT. It was perfectly fine before and EASY to use. Why would you want to make it HARDER to use?????? Ya'll make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

WHY???
Why do I have to push apply to put mail in a folder? Why won't you fix the font size? Why is my mail on more than one page? Why do you have "apply" at the top and bottom of the e-mail page? Why did you change things? Why didn't you leave well enough alone? Why don't you put it back to normal?

Bug fix: Attempting to enter anything into a received email that requests input
When I get an email requesting data entry into it, AOL warns me that I am about to enter data and I click OK to acknowledge it and no data is entered., When I again try to enter a character, the process repeats no nothing can be entered. After I say it is OK for me to enter something, it should let me do it.

Go back to your original version!
AOL needs to return to their original format, It was user friendly and there were no problems! Now, the newer software program is complicated and does not have features that are easy to integrate. I HATE the new format. In fact, AOL said we had the option to return to our previous format and that is NOT true. For this reason, I am trying, unsuccessfully, to cancel my 19 yr. subscription!

AOL mail suddenly cutting off words on the right margin
AOL on the classic email suddenly starts cutting off words on the right margin. Plus if I press space bar, it also puts in a blank space in the middle of the sentence leading to disjointed reading. How did something so common in writing an email get so screwed up?

None of my old aim email is getting forwarded to my gmail
My aim email is a legacy account that is set up with some old bills and accounts and I used to be able to get it all in my gmail account to easily manage, now nothing is forwarding and I'm missing all of my aim emails and have to log into a separate account to view them, not ideal

Contacts not appearing when composing an email.
When composing an email I used to be able to type 3 letters and a contact list would appear. Not any more. Can you fix the program?

I just deleted all my new messages because I clicked on delete bulk messages and thought it was the older messages that would be deleted.
Allow mail to be deleted by year. I have old emails going back to 2023 and I ended up deleted my new messages because I though "bulk 10,000 delete" would logically delete the old mail. But it deleted the new mail. So now I still have to delete previous years emails and I lost my new emails.
