Any useful response by AOL to the many comments about poor and over-complex design?
Simplify the design and remove ads; i have not seen any change; do you take ANY notice of subscribers? And do you use technical support of sufficient experience and a useful 'visual'sense? The design is overcomplex and not useful

Butchered product
The new AOL interface is poorly designed, poorly engineered and the type is absolutely unworkable. Now I'm actively looking for another carrier. I thought I'd get used to this new, butchered product but enough is enough.

Please stop sending email ads for American companies to UK recipients
Been inundated with email ads for products intended for USA citizens, these were addressed to many people other than myself. Since Black Friday it has been horrendous. I live in the UK and always have.

I always hope that REASON prevails and NOT UNREASONABLE ARBITRATION.
YAHOO convinces itself to give AOL users the opportunity to RETURN TO THE OLD AOL FORMAT, because IT WAS SIMPLY PERFECT.
On a scale of 1-10:THE NEW AOL IS WORTH 1;
THE OLD AOL IS WORTH 10.
