  1. Manage My Mail link

I cannot find a link to click on to Manage My Mail. I want to keep my verification settings as they are, as I do not have a Smart Phone that I carry around. Your page with this NEW 2 step verification info seems to only offer that, but not Two Factor verification, which is safer. I find that odd. It took me an hour to find this page. Please respond to my email address.

  3. shortcuts

The "Command + Return" shortcut is troublesome. This is a command in Google Drive that lets you indent to the next line, so I often hit it by accident, except on AOL it sends off my unfinished/unproofed email. This has been embarrassing on many occasions, and I wish AOL would use a more unique command for a send shortcut.

  11. Increase the number of blocked email.

Please consider increasing the number of BLOCKED email addresses. You currently cap the number of blocked addresses at 1,000. Due to the increased number of spam emails- PLEASE increase the number!

  12. block domains

    Please consider implementing these suggestions:

    1. Allow for many more than 1000 blocked email addresses (user@blocker.com) .
    2. Allow for domain blocks (blocker.com).

These are needed due to the vast number of AOL users whose email addresses have been hacked and are now on the dark web. As a result, they are receiving tons of spam. I personally have had 5 major breaches that gathered virtually all of my personal info including my AOL address. And please don't post my AOL email address with this post otherwise it will lead to more spam.

    Thanks in advance,

  14. I should be able to go immediately to my email. Not AOL home page

Stop having TRrump come up every time I log into my email account. There should be no "Home" page for an AOL email account. He's disgusting and over half of population didn't vote for the TRaitor!

  16. Accessibility

After trying several times to phone AOL each time a message says Hmmm, we don't recognize your phone number. Try calling from another phone. This is nuts. It's the same phone number I've had for 25 years. There's no way to email AOL or to chat live. It's impossible to make contact with AOL. I tried accessing my email account from my library to use their high quality printer to print out some emails. I couldn't do it, I was locked out of my own email account. There's nobody to talk with about this. This stinks. Also, there's no way…

  20. 2 step verification

2 step verification i never asked for keeps failing. But according to my account info, its not even turned on. Phone calls for the code come thru once or twice out of multiple attempts. An hour ago or so it took me 6-7 attempts and the phone never rang. Called AOL and it still didnt work after they gave me a new password. A couple minutes later it worked. I then created my own password and accessed my account info (without needing to sign into it), but a couple minutes later it wanted me to sign in to access it…
