Unsubscribing to spam is so naive I can't believe it's a real option
Unsubscribing to spam is so naive I can't believe it's a real option. I know AOL predates the modern internet, but you are going to have to hire someone under 60 I think, because the idea that you can unsubscribe to spam is shockingly naive and misguided.
All it does it add clicks to my attempts to deal with spam. Seriously, grow up.

text overlaping
cannot read the subject on my e-mails when on the e-mail list page and the text overlaps on the e-mail page when I open the e-mail. USLES! This never happened with Classic E-mail.

Reaction to Daily Reports From Unhappy Users
Given the large number of AOL Mail user's emails regarding dissatisfaction with the new format, it would seem that AOL Mail would be eagerly returning to the previous format. If not, why not?

Hello , we are verizon clients and when we got switched over to AOL it was fine. the new changes are not better , its worse . when im deleting things in my inbox , many times multiple emails get deleted when only 1 is checked off , WHY ? also , your color options to highlight things , why isnt there a FULl RED , and why when you did this updated , you didnt put in a button to make a message sent with high priority ? these are things we neede when running a business .

You are turning off internet on your end. Normally financial institutions allow to log in with VPN down and they allow VPN use after. SOme allow logging with VPN on. Your are pompous fascist a^^holes overdoing so called security need. We should be allowed to use VPN to protect our data. . You act as pompous a**holes not caring about users except making yourselves important. This terror of idiots. The complaint to my Congress rep is coming.

1/4 of the screen is for the Paid Advertisements on Today on AOL page
The paid advertisement area can not be removed or hidden. Making the page only 3/4 useful.

AOL was once touted as having THE BEST search ability of ALL email providers. NOW...thanks to the changes you've made it SUCKS! Also, I used to be able to email screenshots to my email address from my phone...NO LONGER can do that either. WHY IN THE WORLD have you allowed your team to make such horrendous DOWN-grades to something your customers once enjoyed????? The list of problems and LOST features is just beyond frustrating. Change for the sake of change is NOT a good thing!!!

Why is it that when I send an email, I am immediately directed to the "Today on AOL" page? I DO NOT WANT TO BE EXPOSED TO THE NEWS WHEN I USE AOL MAIL!!!! STOP IT!!! Instead of generating increased pageviews and advertising revenue, you are likely only to generate extreme ANGER from me for trying to SHOVE THE NEWS DOWN MY THROAT.
