I still can't get to my mail with one click
Is there a glitch in opening emails right now or did you add extra steps to make emails harder to get to.
When I go to my mail, I now get an error message - Page not available
The requested page is not available on Mail. Go to Inbox. So after I click that I now have to click ANOTHER LINK - go to inbox. Two steps to get to mail instead of just clicking on it. I don't know if this is just a current glitch, or you've added another step people have to do to make them hate… -
I was lied to by reps
I was lied to by aol reps. I requested no ads. I got a pkg for $9.99 which I was told included no ads. Not true. today I spoke to Stephanie in tech support and found out I was sold the wrong pkg. She assisited with getting me the correct services and helped me cancel my $9.99 pkg. I am a long time customer for $39.99 ad would like at least 6 months free of no ads to make up for the lies i was given.*@aol.com

AOL keeps resetting the comment counts on the New Email complaints; the cumulative totals aren't visible.
By repeatedly resetting comment counts, the totals are artificially lowered, making it appear that we're accepting the new platform. And when we vote for an idea there's no vote count available. I for one will not cease rejecting the new "Standard" email-- they call it that so it sounds normal, which it is not. There are simply too many unacceptable features.

your storage capacity
Your new program is very difficult to use. Tiny touch moves many new messages to different folders that are difficult to find. I used AOL for so long, but I think you are at the end of your business life. By saving on your storage capacity for new emails you drive customers out. Bad idea to match fewer customers with old storage.

The changing the date field to a trash can.
why did you overwrite the date with a trash can when hover your cursor over an email? It would of been smarter to put a field in front of the date field of in front of the "star" field. If you are trying to ascertain the date when 'hovering, you can't!

Contact don't work
OK, you can see from the other posts that the CONTACTS are NOT WORKING!!! First of all, pleeeeeeeeese, I just want ALL MY CONTACTS back on the sidebar like before. I'd like you to take out all that totally unnecessary fru-fru of Decorated Initials (just awful) and way to much spacing. Just list the contacts nice and neat like they were before and put them in the list just like before on the sidebar so I can SIMPLY click on a contact and there is the email. That's NOT how it happens now. First I have to click COMPOSE, then…

New/Old Email is misnamed
New/Old does not describe the actual action. New = unread Old = read. so why not say "Unread/Read" . If I had known that, I would not have switched from Unified (which I also did not understand) to see if I would like it better (which I do not). Meanwhile, switching turned off my Sender and Subject sorting options so I needed to call AOL tech support to get them back.

How to change sort to default to old first for incoming mail-this is bass ackwards
why do you want to read new mail first??????
have to manually change this sort every time I go to mail!!!!

Subscribers who pay monthly fees should not have Ads on the page.
Members/Subscribers who pay monthly fees should not have Ads on the page. I pay $11.99 monthly for my email account.
The people with FREE email accounts should see advertisements.
Paying subscribers should not have to deal with the obtrusive, annoying ads. A large portion of my email landing page is taken up by ads. They are everywhere.

New Tabs
Your tabs process is Horse*. The tab does not go to full screen so on a typically laptop you not take up so much room on the screen with AOL Bull* that you cannot write and e-mail and review your composition well. You customer is forced to do it with this **** system in about 25% of the screen space. Go back to the old system and only keep the dark mode!!! Whoever is the decision maker to come up with the ****** system should be FIRED today! This is as bad a BUD LITE!!!!!!
