non-SPAM emails continuously being moved into SPAM folder. 2+ months now!
We BEG YOU to please FIX the emails, which are from people I never had problems with going into SPAM. I have tried to setup rules, marked as non-SPAM, added i Filters (using classic and NEW email interface) but they still go into SPAM, and therefore to not get downloaded into my POP3 Outlook and Phone.
So many people have complained, but nothing is being done. These emails came from private people, school addresses.
Again, WE BEG you. I am a VERIZON POP3 customer, who has been switched to AOL (from Verizon, and then Yahoo).

J'ai le même problème. C'est à dire que j'ai été obligé de ranger certains mails (de certains expéditeurs) dans un dossier nommé ''no spam'' car ils atterissaient automatiquement en spam sans avoir crée de filtre et j'ai beau les indiquer no spam individuellement, ma demande n'est pas automotisé pour les messages suivants du même expéditeur.
