Please solve my problem of repeated email resends with verizon DSL using outlook email
I use verizon email via DSL conection with outlook application. When I send an email with a large (approx 2 MB) attachment, I get repeated resends of the email & the email message stays in my outlook outbox. I've worked the issue with "Assist by AOL", "AOL Live Support", "HP Smart Friend" and with Microsoft Levels 1 &2, Lastly I've worked with a microsoft level 3 escalation engineer for more than 30 hours, She's repaired outlook, uninstalled and reinstalled outlook, reinstalled office 2021, and created a new outlook profile, but verizon outlook email is still not working properly.The outlook outbox retained the email with its attachment and we presume that it allows transmission of multiple resends of the email with the attachment. Emails with the same attachment directly sent from AOL web mail and micorsoft Hotmail worked OK but not when sent via the verizon server that is then passed to the AOL server and received from the AOL server to my verizon outlook inbox. I have to manually delete the email in the outlook outbox to stop the resends. The microsoft Level 3 escalation engineer also noted that the network speed seems extremely slow when she controls my computer via "quick assist" connection and when email with an attachment is sent. She has mentioned the above issues during our effort to solve the problem and strongly believes there is a network issue with AOL when using email with attachments through the verizon server and thence to the AOL server.
