How can we improve AOL Mail?

AOL DEKSTOP GOLD
-whenever we open the aol desktop gold it is not working and the emails is not showing
-create a back up, unintsall and reinstall aol desktop gold, still the same issue
-email opens, blue circle beside of the arrow continues to be load, text or message does not open or show
