Format change issues
Having the option to revert back to the old format is good. The new for mat is not as specific as the old. I can put in best buy and it will have all the best buy correspondence but the new format has sender and you have to scroll to that sender causing extra time. The old format is again better the way it is set up with date / subject / from and being able to navigate through my mail is still better than the new format. This change could have had more thought and time and a trial implementation session before a decision to actually implement it would have been good.
