Please go back to the old format. The new format looks terrible. At least give us a way to go back to old format.

New format is trash. The old format was much better me as I'm a senior and it was easy to work. Please give back to me.

The old format was better and of course we're more used to, and prefer it. I want to go back to the good things as they were!

The new format is awful. The old one might have improved by a few minor changes, but it was fine as it was. If there is no way back, I have to consider changing to another provider, although my AOL-address has been spread around the world to friends and colleagues for over 25 years now.

I just lliked old format, several time I changed by mistake ( the button was obviously in a position for that) I allways changed straight back.
Now today it is on new version without me doing anything.
How do I change back as option seems to have gone??? -

I hate the new format for email. Take me back to the old layout which I have used for years and understand.

You are forcing me to head over to my gmail address... I absolutely HATE the new format and total lack of good choices for fonts and sizes. Please tell me how to change back to the "old" format.

Why did you change my mail format without giving an option to refuse. This new format is onerous, cumbersome and confusing.. This is going to be AOL's "Bud Lite" moment if you don't return to the old format.

I want the old format back. I didn't sign up to change mine for this reason. I liked the layout so much better. It's more of what I used and liked. This is not the way I want it set up at all. I didn't notice I lost spell check. I use the spell check often. I liked the little emoji's too.

Changing to this current format was a tragic mistake. I would request resetting "bobkellis" back to it's former format before this one was accidentally initiated. This was not my purpose in coming here tonight. The old(er) format was easy to use and we have no time for initiating a new one.
PLEASE RESET "bobkellis@netscape,net" to what it was this morning and these past years so we can continue in using it. Thank you. <>< LogoSeeker

I do not have time to figure out the learning curve for the new format or go through this process each time. Leave the classic format for those who prefer it.
