Your ads, that won't disappear, have had viruses attached to them. I've tried twice checking an ad over the last couple weeks, SBA Loans, and it triggers Norton and Malwarebytes. This is just unacceptable. Like another user stated, I've used AOL Mail since the beginning. Please look into this!

Bring back classic emails

Make no mistake, the current Today on AOL is showing automatic unrequested videos. This neurologically impactful for numerous disabilities, visual field disorders and sensory processing disorders. This shows a reckless disregard for disabled people and obstruction in reasonable usage

I like the sidebar so I can check all the mail I want in a folder. I intensely dislike this new way!

This format is horrendous, grey font color is always a terrible idea, no contrast. I can't even tell if an email is new or old.

I have emails that are grouped together, and there's 1 email in there that has no relation to the other emails and should not be in that group. And the emails are not in the correct date/time order!! I definitely prefer the old format...

I am not sure what you have done to email, but when I enter my userid and password, not only do I tend to get a screen aimed at selling the service to new users inviting me to try the new email (which is daft since I am in the process of logging on to the email), but lately I get some kind of homepage

2 stage verification doesn't work, doesn't send 6 digit code for verification by text, email arrives 10 minutes after times out & phone call says press 1 to receive the verification code and by pressing 1 on the keypad phone call disconnects, Probably the best suggestion is: IF IT'S NOT BROKEN DON'T FIX IT.

This new age, smart phone **** sucks for us old ***** who have had AOL's, not Yahoo's "Classic Mail!!!" Plus this setup must be run by a bunch new age "Yahoos" because it stinks just like stupid smart phones that don't much more than my 15 year old laptop, except spy on every move you make. I don't know what you did to my email, but I HATE IT. The emails are such tiny print, I can't read them & can't figure out how to enlarge the font. I had to change my usual font, because you messed that up, too. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE, PLEASE.
