    why do you always make changes without giving me the option to accept...so frustrating!

  2. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    I pay for your sevice every month and have had this account over 30 years but unless you go back to the old format...I am gone. You never gave us a choice of accepting this new format. I am very, very disappointed!
