I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    New format stinks. I don't need mamma's help sorting email. I don't like being forced to use what I don't like. Goodbye.

    I have lost 100 messages from my New Mail at a time, this has happened twice! The Search function does not always pull up all of the messages that it should, and sometimes leaves out items that are in the Sent folder and Recently Deleted folder. The inconsistencies in the Search funtion are puzzling. The other thing that bothers me is that we don't see feedback from AOL on what could be causing the issue and if it is resolved.

    When I send an email now it begins with Mr followed by my email. Friends are sending it to spam, blocking my email or deleting it. Looks like a foul message. Terrible experience!

    I used the paging in Classic Email to bulk review and delete emails from mailing lists (I sort by sender or subject). The paging allowed me to select all emails on a page listing (50 emails?) which were all from the same sender.

    With new email, I have to INDIVIDUALLY delete each email, argh!

    Trying to reply to an important email and can't get it written as email slows to a standstill as the adverts take control. Ridiculous. Had AOL for over 20 years and this is the worst it has been.

    I have a serious document to sign and can't get past your security. Please eliminate that from my account ASAP

    I cannot stand the adds as am unable to read my emails and it is imposing. I am getting out of AOL unless you remove them.

    Do you listen to us at all or just keep messing things up?
    I have been using aol mail since 1996 years. It is not the same
    aol that I started with then. Bring back our 'near perfect' AOL mail.

    Clicked on "GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL" and still have the new updated **** that apparently I am now FORCED to have. It's going to take some time but I am leaving AOL for good and changing my primary email to another more reliable source.

    The uncontrollable SPAM and disgusting emails are out of control!!! Instead of upgrading emails…FIX the real issues!
    Never had problems like that with original email 🤬

    If it's not broken, please don't fix it. I hate the new upgrade, very annoying. Keep it up, I'll switch my primary email to another and toss AOL in the trash.
