    Now you have a very annoying ad to upgrade to a another level of AOL. This AOL is BAD. Fix it and go back to the old AOL or I am making gmail my go to.

    All your comments are asking to go back to the old AOL. This has been going since toy stuck us with this email for kids. Is there anyone reads this Feedback? What do we have to do to get the old AOL back? This new one is awful.

    How much feedback do you need to convince you to go back to the old AOL Mail?
    This new format is for 6 year olds. Does this feedback get back your CEO or is he out on his yacht all the time? Go back to the the old AOL.

    My cursor no longer appears when I type in AOL mail. I'm typing blind. Is anyone having this problem? Can I fix it?

    Again, again and again. There is always something about this new AOL email that makes me say what a POS. Have you all been fired and there is no one left to answer AOL product support feedback?

    Product Support? Hello? Maybe you were all fired and there is no one to reply to the 16,000 comments on how BAD the new AOL mail is. Everyone connected to the new AOL beginning with the CEO should be fired!!!

    I am still wondering what happened to the 14,000 negative comments that were here? Didn't like it so you deleted them? Why even bother to provide an avenue for feedback if you are going to ignore it, or worse, delete it.
    New AOL mail is for children. When are you going back to the old AOL? Hello? Hello? Anyone home?

    You gotta be kidding! 276 complaints? Last time I checked it was close to 19,000.

    Product Support: Is this how you fix AOL? After 19K complaints, you cancel that thread?
    YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!!! NEW AOL POS!!!
