I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Under your new improved system, I can no longer see my mail folders. What kind of improvement is that!

    Based upon the thousands of customer complaints AOL, really messed up in the way this being handled. After using AOL from its earliest days, I'm considering changing to another service that values its customers and their feedback. Please provide a classic look option now.

    If I want to change me email appearance, I will do it, NOT YOU. I want the classic email. Large print with normal spacing not what you have gone to now it I want a larger print.

    Go back to Classic! This is too busy and it just sucks!j I didn't see an option to see classic view, like GMAIL has. Hmmmmm...Why not try that

    My list of saved mail and folders are no longer displayed at the left hand side of the screen and I cannot get to them unless I want to move my mail into them then the list will appear.

    This is about the 5th time I've been compelled to provide feedback since last summer when you forced this change in format. Unannounced changes in your format continue to appear -- and each time, they create even more stress. As of this week, the font was changed to tiny 8-point. WHY??? You are also FORCING us now to use the two-step verification to sign in against our will. STOP!!! Even after disabling this sign-in requirement, I continue to be forced to use it. ****For the 5th time, give us the option to REVERT BACK to the ORIGINAL format!!! Why are you ignoring the feedback from your customers on this site???

    I agree ,if I have to sign in I will quit using aol mail, kinda “sucks anyway”either I can click on it and it opens or that the is end of it for me. I got things to do and f ‘Ing with e mail isn’t one of them

    Change it back to the way it was. Whoever's idea this 'new style' was is an idiot. LISTEN to your users or at least give them a choice of which version they want to use. I HATE THIS NEW AOL
