I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    It's the most user UNFRIENDLY program. Can't even easily add contacts to a distribution list.

    Make it easier to create a list. I have no idea. Or better yet, send some instructions rather than have us guess.

    Learn how to alphabetize. Alphabetizing does NOT start with the first name. Also alphabetizing through out. What you have now was done by a kindergarten student

    Over 1100 complaints about the changes to AOL's email tool! WOW! Wake up AOL! Too many changes and they have made using it harder, more complicated!

    Go back to original AOL and leave it alone. OR offer two different AOL formats. Let the user chose.

    AOL seems to have no intention of listening to user feedback. Remember they are owned by Yahoo and Yahoo has never cared about what users want. They have released many horrible webmail designs over the years. I want AOL Mail, not Yahoo Mail.

    Go back to the original version we had years ago!!! I hate the new version!! Not simpler it is more difficult with filing emails!! You can’t view files on other devises!

    I want my old format back. Also stop charging me $6.99 for something I did not authorize. I specifically said NO!
