How can we improve AOL Mail?

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I like to be able to save mail to keep up with things I do or buy.

    Change it back to the way it was. Whoever's idea this 'new style' was is an idiot. LISTEN to your users or at least give them a choice of which version they want to use. I HATE THIS NEW AOL

    It's been months now and this new email program still sucks. You had the best email program in the business and had to go mess things up.

    I had the original format since 1998 and frankly cannot deal with the new format. Tried to return to the original format with instructions found via Gooogle but gave up trying to make any sense of that.

    My cursor no longer appears when I type in AOL mail. I'm typing blind. Is anyone having this problem? Can I fix it?

    This new format sucks. I hate it. Absolutely horrible. Lost all my saved tabs/links. So many headaches over this. What's the matter with you people? How do I get back to the format I've had for decades?

    Ever since this summer, AOL mail has been horrible. I use it on my computer and iphone. The problems are when I use it on my computer; the phone seems to be ok although I'm not crazy about the AOL app. Many problems but the two biggest problems are: (1) When I use it on my computer, the mailboxes don't update properly. For instance, when I put a message in a folder, it stays in my inbox. I have to go to the folder it put it in, refresh that folder, then go back to new mail which is annoying, and 50% of the time it still shows up in new mail. (2) The search feature is awful now. It doesn't find things the way it used to and it doesn't search through deleted mail which is really frustrating. Overall, I'm so disappointed with this program. I've had it since 1995 and it keeps getting worse and worse. Friends are surprised that I still use AOL, but now I understand why they've switched to another provider, and I may do the same.
