I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I do not like the New AOL Mail it's does not do what I want, i.e. separate read and reply boxes and that's only one complaint. Plus add / include wildcards for eliminating Spam...

    I want the classic email back and have not been able to get it back using various instructions. I send many group emails, there's no option for formatting, it's very difficult and frustrating to use. Why on earth did you change what didn't need to be changed and why don't you make it easier to go back to the classic format.

    I agree. I send out many group e-mails and I cannot do it with the new email, no formatting options, very hard to use and frustrating.

    ALL MY INBOX EMAILS PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 16, 2023 WERE REMOVED!!! WHY?????

    I can barely navigate my email now. How do I go back to the old email. Why did they even change it???

    I need the old system back. I have 54,000 emailes.I had it down to around 49,000 and they changed the system. A teck helped me and I was able to go back by page numbers. I think I originaly had aroune 400 pages. I could go to any page instantlly from page 1 to 400 in any order and they changed the system. It will take days mabe weeks to go throw them know. to where i could go throw 100 or more at a time and bring up any page instantly. Please, Please, Please help me. It took along time to find the teck that brough up that system of doing it be pages. I dont know what i will do know. Please help David

    Under your new improved system, I can no longer see my mail folders. What kind of improvement is that!

    Based upon the thousands of customer complaints AOL, really messed up in the way this being handled. After using AOL from its earliest days, I'm considering changing to another service that values its customers and their feedback. Please provide a classic look option now.
