GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I guess at this point it is unlikely we'll ever see the "good" AOL again. AOL erased the first 14,000 comments telling them how much we all despise the "improved" version. There are only 900 more comments because I guess we realize AOL has no intention of giving its users what they want. The "good" AOL that we used for years was easy to be creative on, with easy to manipulate writing windows, with ease of inserting and sizing images, with many choices of font, size and color. Now they are as unimaginative as Gmail & Microsoft's email. Of course the "new" AOL has Ads everywhere, as does it's sibling, Yahoo. It was nice while it lasted. AOL/Yahoo is not interested in you. They won't get what they want however, which is young & new users, because the people who don't need to be creative will not be leaving Gmail soon.

New idea is related to old - BRING BACK CLASSIC AOL FORMAT!!!! This one is horrific!! Adding to the many bad features, when I delete a heck of a lot of emails it doesn't tell me how much I wish to delete - doesn't even give me the option to approve to delete. It simply deletes it all. Bring classic back!!! Why change what's not 'broken'. I've been with AOL since day 1 - at least give your subscribers the choice of changing. Pleeeeease bring it back.

I hate the way it is now. I am autistic and don't do well with change. The way it was was simple and easy to use. The way it is not is more complicated and much, much harder to use. It opens emails I don't want to open, (putting me at greater risk of accidentally opening spam or malware.) It deletes things I don't want deleted, and the window is too small. Which makes it harder to read the emails I do want opened. I have had an email address with AOL for over 20 years. I really don't want to have to get a new one. But if AOL doesn't go back to the way it was, I'll have no other choice.

Cluttered and more trouble than it is worth, not sure how long I'll be using it anymore.

I hate the new AOL, I like the classic it was so much easier to locate my email. I was not constantly refreshing and getting bombarded with ads. I need to concentrate on my tasks and not be distracted.

DOES NAYONE REALLY CARE ABOUT FEEDBACK???????
The search options are terrible too many steps
difficult to delete a previous search
web search does not work as good as it used too!!!!
The Contact system does function as good as it used to!
is there anyone out there that really thinks this new email system
has improved the over the old?????? -

I do not at all care for the limiting changes of the newer AOL email.

You are acting violently by not allowing anyone who wants to return to the OLD AOL MAIL. Then do at least one vote, with a simple question "DO YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL MAIL?"
As is done in Democracy, respect the will of the majority and allow, at least, those who answer "YES" to return to the OLD AOL MAIL FORMAT. -

By letting us loyal users in advance that you are planning a mayor change, give us a prior option. I am also locked out now frequently, why?
I need to verify twice or three times per week and never have needed to do this since 1997. -

Just give us an alternative platform as close as possible to the old email and LET US CHOOSE.
