How can we improve AOL Mail?

GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I thought that, when you merged classic with the "new" Aol, you were going to take the good points of the classic and put it with the new. Instead, you just eliminated the good points of the classic entirely. Like the wonderful stationery we had. You had the selections of the stationery over to the right side and you had really good stationery. I also liked the way the filters were formed. We do not have very good stationery in the new and the filters are really tedious. I like a lot of features about the new. Like the choices of background. If you put your mind to it, you could give us a well-rounded Aol of both classic and new.

    This new version of AOL is ****. My emails disappear frequently and I can't get them back. The UI isn't well designed and difficult to use.

    Please go back to the classic email been with AOL forever This change is not a good Idea. If it works why change it.

    I CANT RETRIEVE MY HISTORICAL MAIL!!! ( old, deleted , etc...)
    LISTEN TO ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT OR IM LEAVING TO YAHOO

    Classic EMAIL is easy to read. I have sight problems & this new email is very difficult to read.

    AOL mail barely works.
    PAINFULLY SLOW
    NOT RESPONDING OFTEN
    Why are we paying for this? Mail is all I do here and after all these years i'm done

    Please go back to the email form before this new one. I have twice the clicks to put and address in my email. Why change a good thing? Or at least give us the option of keeping our old email form.

    AOL news is garbage and a distraction from the real issues. Also, they limit free speech when it doesn't suit their political views especially their obvious pro apartheid zionist colony stance.

    I had no idea I could voice my opinion. This new format is awful and I can't figure out any of the setting you put in place. I don't understand why your clients don't have a voice in these changes.

    I agree, I don't like this new one either. Can't find anything, can't edit bc can't find what looking for and not user friendly. I can't find the contact listing under my groups, Need to edit but they are no where to be found. I WANT THE OLD SYSTEM BACK, THIS ONE IS A MESS. CAN'T YOU ASK THE USERS BEFORE CHANGING THIS STUFF????!!!!

    1000 comments? What do you do with the thousands that complained before?
    If nothing else, get back the ability to sort by sender. With hundreds of spam messages and for regular maintenance, it is CRITICAL.

    My mom and grandmother have trouble using the new interface. Any chance we may have the option to switch back to the old UI in the future?

    in dire need of the old version of e mail. I am completely in active until it restored
