I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Give me the option to have the old standard version e mail. This new version is hard to read due to the small font, it is not user friendly, my husband has AOL mail and his has NEVER changed from the old standard version!!!

    With the new e mail format, you cannot read the small font, my husband has AOL mail and his has never changed, why?? I want the old standard version back, or I will have to move on from AOL.

    Along with so many other things, the new "viewing email" options are awful. I only want new mail to move to old mail AFTER I've clicked on it and read it. New format just decides when you've read it with options of only moving it to old mail 1) immediately, 2) 2 seconds, 3) 5 seconds, 4) Never. I want the old choice added of after you click on it to read. HATE the new format in total.

    Can't find option to switch back to original web interface. New interface seems to miss options, such as access to 'sent' folder, or at least is very good at hiding things that were readily accessible.

    AOL keeps getting worse and worse --- first the misguided attempt at a new interface that is clunky and dysfunctional in many ways ----------- now it is almost impossible to log on half the time
    Spins and spins and spins and ends up with a "Site Not Available At This Time " message frequently.

    It's not my internet -- all other sites load quickly and smoothly

    You make it impossible to delete multiple emails using the shift key! UGH!

    WHY WONT YOU CHANGE IT BACK AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO, TO SEE IF THERE IS A DIFFERENT WAY TO GET SOMETHING DONE SINCE YOU HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING

    Go Back to your Old AOL as you have ruined a perfectly good E mail system that I had used since AOL was AOL !!!
    If your nit wit mgr team will not do this i will switch to G Mail !!

    FIRE everybody involved with the change to the email system! You have made me search and find Mozilla Thunderbird to be able to sort by sender. The hidden benefit is that I don't see your ads nor you political opinions. Is this what you wanted? Then you got it. I only come here to see how periodically you make disappear tens of thousands of responses complaining about the email! Great job!

    HATE the new format. If I put mail in a FOLDER, it doesn't need/should not SHOW in the FEED.. very ANNOYING! It looks like I have tons of EMAIl when I really have many saved things in FOLDERS! arhghghghg. HATE this. FIX it PLEASEEEEE

    The more I use this new AOL the more I hate it. i guess I have given up hoping you would go back to the classic version, but could you at least fix some of the issues that have been pointed out to you? Like the attachments being buried at the bottom of the email. or the search email function.why don't the "sent" emails show in a search? it is a joke. And I still wonder what happened to the initial 14,000 negative comments.
