I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I want my old aol setting back.Can not handle this new one. It is to much for me. I am 81 years old and do not like the new aol setting. Please please get me back to what i have had for many many years

    My AOL account has never been so bad, what has happen. I CAN'T WORK BETWEEN INBOX, SENT MESSAGES , ATTACHEMENTS, EVERYTHING TAKE 20 SECONDS TO LOAD !!!!

    ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE.

    ALL MY CUSTOMERS LAUGH AT ME WHEN i GIVE THEM MY AOL EMAIL AND TELL ME TO GET WITH THE TIMES... YOIU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE RIGHT !!!

    The new AOL email is the most troublesome format, ads, not getting emails that I did in classic email I hate it

    I hate the new AOL, I like the classic it was so much easier to locate my email. I was not constantly refreshing and getting bombarded with ads. I need to concentrate on my tasks and not be distracted.

    DOES NAYONE REALLY CARE ABOUT FEEDBACK???????
    The search options are terrible too many steps
    difficult to delete a previous search
    web search does not work as good as it used too!!!!
    The Contact system does function as good as it used to!
    is there anyone out there that really thinks this new email system
    has improved the over the old??????

    You are acting violently by not allowing anyone who wants to return to the OLD AOL MAIL. Then do at least one vote, with a simple question "DO YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL MAIL?"
    As is done in Democracy, respect the will of the majority and allow, at least, those who answer "YES" to return to the OLD AOL MAIL FORMAT.

    By letting us loyal users in advance that you are planning a mayor change, give us a prior option. I am also locked out now frequently, why?
    I need to verify twice or three times per week and never have needed to do this since 1997.

    Just give us an alternative platform as close as possible to the old email and LET US CHOOSE.

    Go back to the classic AOL email before it was changed to this terrible, horrible really bad new email.

    I do not like this new version. It's like gmail. I have continued to PAY for AOL because I like the old, simple version. It's not right that you forced this new version on us and don't give us the option to keep the old version. BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION!!

    The new calendar is impossible. If you are trying to take over someone's life, I guess it is ok. All I want to do is put in appointments and access them easily. This new format is terrible terrible!

    What is the point of this feedback page ? The first lot of comments - nearly all were negative were removed. the second lot again nearly all negative. Yet AOL persevere with this new system which is very poor. So many users have either given up completely or now have 2 e-mails. The people who designed this - do they remember when Coca Cola improved Coke - hmm that went well.

    I have persevered with your new version and am now totally fed up. There are so many issues ,,,,as you can see from all the comments below!
    I never elected to use this version. I want the old version back or I close my account and move.
