GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

The new mailbox is not user friendly, I had to switch to the old version to find an email I sent. Could not find it in the new version and spent too much time looking and then switched back and it was in its correct spot. The way the emails line us is very confusing and accidentally sent a reply to the wrong person. Very embarrassing and annoying.

I detest the split screen of the standard version, what useful purpose does it provide. Please just leave me with the older display.

Yes! I agree. I just discovered that I had 3 weeks' worth of mail disappear. Customer service said I had to get a subscription to be able to have a Technician help me. I had tried using the Chat, which took me in a circle and didn't give any options. I also tried calling. Since it's AOL's problem, they need to have a way for all users to get a solution. I ended up getting the Basic Plan, and the Technician pushed a button and retrieved my e-mail. But, I felt like I was extorted. AOL needs to have a way for "free" users to resolve issues. The Chat was useless, telephone options were also useless until I spoke with Customer Service and paid for a plan.

The fact that when I move to the new mail folder it opens a random new mail is totally annoying. And the loss of the ability to pop out and float e-mails next to each other or any other window is probably ultimately make me cancel the paid subscription. I need to be able to have more than one e-mail open at a time and NOT take up the whole screen.

This new huge font is very difficult to read. I only see how to make the font larger, but not smaller. HELP!

stop the email from choosing to open other emails...let me decide. Also stop the contact list from coming up when we want to use : CC or BC...I want to ask it to come up..only if i want it, I waste so much time trying to get rid of things this platform thinks it is streamlining for me. I really miss classic.

NEVER had so many Spam emails in my "Inbox" with the Classic Email format. Let's have it re-instated PLEASE!!

I started using Outlook to read my AOL email because I hate the font used in the new AOL.com mail system. I never used my Yahoo email address because I hated the presentation so much. At the very least AOL needs to create a theme called AOL Classic to give back the appearance of the old system.

I have lost all emails - sent, saved, photos... I received notification on 10/29 that my account would be deleted if I didn't log in and update. I did so today, 10/30....all contents were deleted. How do I retrieve them?????

You now have almost 1,000 complaints about the new AOL format. How many will it take for you to listen to your customers and return us to the original format??

I am forever losing 'Keep as new' emails which I cannot afford to lose.
