GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I want my Classic e-mail back. I don't like the new format. how do I get it back. where can I find it. the new one doesn;t give a font choice. There is a lot missing from the new. It is lacking a lot. Please allow me to return to my Classic.

You have over 10,000 feedback comments on this garbage format that your staff developed for no reason. Change it back to the way it was. The organization and pop ups and placement of everything on the email screen is horrible garbage. Was someone paid to do that? Change it back. CHANGE IT BACK. How many more feedback comments, .... from everyone..... do you need?

I want Classic email back ASAP . Ir was so much easier to send photos with it And had a much better variety of Themes and just better all around.

I also prefer basic email. It was frustrating when I went to Settings, selected "Go to basic email" option, completed the resulting pop-up and clicked to go to basic email, and nothing happened. I hope you bring back basic email, but if it's not available, you should remove the "Go to basic email" option and the Help topic that tells you how to go to basic email.
Also, in basic email, on my android phone, I could click "AOL Mail" at the top of the screen and the inbox would be refreshed. This was nice and convenient, instead of happening to open the side menu and click "Inbox". Can you add an option like this to the newer email set up?

I was having trouble trying to send an E-mail on the Classic Email, so I went back to the current page, and tried the E-mail there, but that did not work either. So I stayed on the current page, and still had trouble getting the full size print. I can't figure out why you only print a portion of an item on the current screen. I now have to print a whole page to get into a place for 40% off everything.

Keep the dark mode, but go back to the e-mail system that we had in March 2023. This new system is nothing but a bunch of BS!!!!!! Whomever made this decision had a Bud Light never listen to customer moment. Stupid and should be fired!! Screwed up a decent e-mail system that simply needed dark mode along with with some "Word" like improvements in the writing system. You also screwed up the Contacts system. I am so glad I downloaded mine just before you guys pulled this BS. AOL really screwed up here!!!

It would appear that AOL do NOT listen or care about their users' comments or opinions!! Well over 800 views about this truly abysmal excuse for an email platform. Why have we been restricted to the ridiculous font and size options? Gone has all the seamless connectivety that we had in the "Old Style AOL Mail" which was easy to navigate, use; and gave the choice of lots of variations etc, to make writing emails a pleasure. This format is definitely not a pleasurable experience; and, dare I suggest, was designed by a complete idiot!! This could have been forgiven as the FORERUNNER - but to imply that it is an improved mail platform is ludicrous beyond words!!.......Sadly, I believe we have all been wasting our time, as nothing seems to have been taken on board since we all started complaining in January!!!.....
