GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Has anyone noticed that AOL doesn't have the balls to answer ANY of the requests to return to the old format? Try Product Support Responded. No, they haven't. Not to a single one. Shape up AOL. You latched onto a loser and your users DON'T LIKE IT !!! Give it up. Admit that you screwed up and give us what WE want, not what YOU want.

Hate the new format, it's dysfunctional.

It seems nearly unanimous that this "new" version of AOL mail is horrible. Every comment I've read hear is a plea to bring back Classic Email. Is this in the works? If not, I will most likely be abandoning AOL mail. It would take a lot for me to change the email that I've had for over 25 years. Your new version is actually THAT awful.

Apparently AOL takes no account of feedback (reinstating old version) nor customer satisfaction.

Ganz großer Scheißdreck!
Ständig ist man auf der Suche nach den gewohnten Funktionen; Adressliste lässt sich nicht mehr kopieren, ... -

I, too, HATE this new version. Would like to return to previous format asap otherwise shall look elsewhere for more user friendly product

I Need to be able to see the sender's actual email address, not their nickname or text name. Otherwise it is especially easy to click on spoof/spam/scam/malicious email.

NEW email does not work. Compose Email doesn't allow me to enter newlines. (blank lines). UNACCEPTABLE

JIM MADEN commented
Search feature is especially bad. Trash has to be searched separately - why? And the new search often misses obvious "hits". Do not understand this change at all!

you could stop taking control of my email. I have to get out of AOL. you are infuriating and disrespectful

You've ruined my email life!

I hate your new format. It doesn't fit my laptop screen and is needlessly cumbersome. Please go back to the long term format, it was just fine! This is the same as "New Coke" was years ago: horrible needless change.

i don.t like the format changes especially without my option to NOT change it!

HOW DO I CHANGE THE NAME THAT THE RECIPIENT SEES IN THE FROM COLUMN?
In Classic, I could tell it to display my casual name when writing socially and my formal name when writing for business. Now it is set to my casual name and I can't change it.

I always have to click on the right arrow to make my email message screen bigger. I hate that I always have to do this everytime. Why can't it just default to the big size? I don't need to see the settings window on the right.

I delete emails, and then they appear again a short time later. Sometimes when I click on an email to read it, it takes me to a second screen to click again. I want the classic email back, please!!!
