GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

The Kroll ads are multiplying. They can't be closed, they appear in pairs and pairs of pairs, they are constantly moving, and they can't even be commented on. I wonder if AOL is in the process of closing and if they get everyone to quit there is some advantage to the closing? It seems most people have stayed out of history only.

I'm am on the verge of dropping AOL altogether. My emails are disappearing from current AND new. I've checked every folder - including spam and deleted. I haven't created any special folders. When I try to follow the instructions given by your A.I. it keeps bouncing me back and forth between choosing and actions, but NOWHERE can I change anything. I HATE this new and not-improved email fuction and want to return to the classic, which I had from 1995. If that cannot be done, and fast, I'll just find another email server.

I hesitate to even mention an ad by name but if these Kroll ads stay, then I go. Of all the ads, they can't be "x"d out. Do your clients at AOL know that you are using ads placed on their service to drive all of their business away? I can't believe no one hasn't pointed that out to them. So this comment is not attached to a Kroll ad because you can't comment on a Kroll ad. We're sick of looking at that guy and we're sick of the constant flickering of images preventing us from reading or writing. AOL is working against their own interests hiring you this service for ads. Or maybe that's the point. Getting ready to sell AOL to GMail. Oh - when you attempt to "X" out a Kroll ad it makes sure you get nothing but Kroll ads. I think this is a deliberate effort to drive us away.

I dislike the new version of e-mail. I want the old classic e-mail version returned to my new computer. Also, there was a virus in one of the ads!

Your ads, that won't disappear, have had viruses attached to them. I've tried twice checking an ad over the last couple weeks, SBA Loans, and it triggers Norton and Malwarebytes. This is just unacceptable. Like another user stated, I've used AOL Mail since the beginning. Please look into this!

Make no mistake, the current Today on AOL is showing automatic unrequested videos. This neurologically impactful for numerous disabilities, visual field disorders and sensory processing disorders. This shows a reckless disregard for disabled people and obstruction in reasonable usage

I like the sidebar so I can check all the mail I want in a folder. I intensely dislike this new way!

This format is horrendous, grey font color is always a terrible idea, no contrast. I can't even tell if an email is new or old.

I have emails that are grouped together, and there's 1 email in there that has no relation to the other emails and should not be in that group. And the emails are not in the correct date/time order!! I definitely prefer the old format...
