I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Don't need any new ideas just re-instate the original which worked perfectly until some duck egg thought he had a better idea. What next, square wheels instead of round ones.

    As you noted, I’ve been a customer since 1995. I’ve never paid for the service you changed your format. I cannot delete 3124 emails that are piled up. I want to know how to erase them all at once or otherwise, I’ll go to another service.

    when you navigate away from an email you sent, it should still be open when you get back, instead of it closing, and then putting it in your drafts.

    ANSWER...BECAUSE I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT I HAVE SENT PERSONAL CONFIDENTIAL DATA TO A COMPANY RATHER THAN MY BUSSINESS BECAUSE AOL HAVE REPLACED A FULL ADDRESS WITH LITTLE MEANINGLESS SYMBOLS SO TWO ADDRESSES THAT START WITH 'INFO@' ARE UNDIFINEABLE - WELL DONE WHO EVER BRAINLESS COINK THOUGHT OF THAT - WE ARE NOT ALL SPOTTY FACED MOBILE PHONE ORIENTATED TEENAGES - DO THE RIGHT THING AND BRING BACK THE OLD SIMPLE AND EFECTIVE SYSTEM NOT SOME MOBILE BASES FEATURELESS 'WHAT DOES THIS SYMBOL MEAN' ****!!.

    Stop enlarging an existing email and blocking out the opriginal email.

    Appears very unprofessional. Deletes items in email folders at random, Attaches MY ATTACHMENT to the very first person's, or the origionalor of the eamil, so recipients don't know where to look for MY attachment, (and most do not expect to have to look to the origionatior's of the email the reader) reply "you did not include attachment") or if they do know to scroll back multiple emails to see all the attachments can not distinguish mine from other writer's attachments.Many people use phone these days and if it is not on the first screen they don't bother to scroll into the past. If they do and there are an accumulation of 15 attachments and they do now know which one is mine, none get opened. As a Liscensed Mental Health Counselor, posting a client's photograph in an email, sent to a group of people including the client(s), and some recipients who should not be given identifying information of the client(s) involved, constitites a HIPPA violation. I could lose my LMHC liscense and be be subject to other penilities..

    The edit feature has been taken off the menu. Before you could pull up a picture from pictures, video or any folder and right click the picture and a menu would come up where you could select 'Edit'. You could then move the top or bottom, left side or right side of the frame of the picture and make it better.
    Please reinstall this as it is very helpful. Quit changing things that have been in system forever.

    your email program is not usable to forward an email while deleting the original senders name please give us the program we had 4 months ago

    It is extremely to write emails due to the limited font sizes, writing style, and spacing. Times New Roman, double spacing, and other features are no longer available. Please return those features.

    Of all the inconveniences of this Yahoo product, how you messed up our contacts and taken away our ability to quickly add and subtract contacts is one of the most offensive. I have to swim through ancient addresses and long departed contacts to clean up my lists. I feel like a child whose parents have their nose in all my business. It is devastating what you have done to this original and loyal group of patrons. Pay for this mess? I don't think so. I would gladly pay to have back the original platform. If you young meddlers don't give us back our platform soon, you won't have the best platform for mail ever created much longer. SM

    AOL is not reading any of these posts. People have been complaining for a year and after thousands of complaints the problems remain.

    Classic email is way more user friendly. Why do you insist on making our lives more difficult?
