I had no idea I could voice my opinion. This new format is awful and I can't figure out any of the setting you put in place. I don't understand why your clients don't have a voice in these changes.

This is getting more and more annoying. You know older citizens use AOL. I've had it since the beginning when we had to pay every month for it. Now it just really is a mess. I probably could get better use from gmail or yahoo. It would be just like starting over and that's just how I feel about the changes. Why wouldn't you check with your clients and at least get some idea how we feel. I'm sure some love it. I'm sure most hate it so give us a choice.

Go back to original AOL and leave it alone. OR offer two different AOL formats. Let the user chose.
