GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

The new AOL email version is so terrible. Everything worked perfectly and it was customizable. Now it's such a pain, kind of like going from the open Android to the locked iOS. Features are gone, and others hard to find. The original email was the only reason I've been paying their salary for decades. You need to make this downgrade OPTIONAL! Put a feature in a menu, or add a box to click, which brings back the GOOD version.
MAKE THIS DOWNGRADE OPTIONAL!!!!

The new AOL version is slower in every respect, more confusing, not as streamlined, has unnecessary features, for example - hints for e-mail addresses, even ones NOT in my contact list!!! Don't know where they came from. The old version worked faster, smoother with no problems.

You need to provide a quick and easy way to go back to the old format. This is not working for me.

While some of the new features could be helpful, I would prefer a simple toggle button to go from the "new" AOL to the classic AOL.nYes, there are some new features which could be of benefit to me, BUT most fo the time, I just want to see the less crowed Classic AOL layout.
The "new" AOL is crowed and when I select layout settings, the panel is off-center to the right and immovable. The link to return to classic AOL is buried and now I can no longer find it where I thoght it was. located in the new design.
Listen up PLEASE to your old times. Sometimes, old is better. Why do we cherish grandma's recipe? It is good and tasty!!! I wish grandma was here to give her hug of thanks. :-)

What is the point of this feedback? You clearly have no intention of acting upon suggestions, ie allow multiple deletions using the old format.

"Hi there. You can delete multiple emails at once...."
Only if you use the new version. That is the point. You have deliberately removed this option from the old version.

AOL, are you going to listen to the feedback you are getting, or are we ignoring it because it isn't what you wanted to hear?
Oh, and for anyone looking for the thread with thousands of complaints, what they did is change UserVoice forums and make the old one private to try and shut us up.

Before the fancy new AWFUL design I used to be able to transfer pictures to my picture file and also send them to my cell phone. Now nothing works.

Cut the ****. You have no plan in place, probably never had any plan in place to go back, no matter how much users HATE these changes,

I find more and more horrible things you've changed since this awful new thing was forced upon us.
Now when I put in a lot of names to send to I can't scroll down to actually send it.
This system absolutely sucks. -

I see the constant request to revert to old mail, And the option provided takes you to a TOO old version. It makes you click through pages, and again missing functions.
AOL bought Netscape a long time ago, and I have been sticking it out. I HATE to change emails, but AOL has been constantly removing functions I use! Right click search is one
Also Don't like the goto AOL today after sending an email! Should go back to inbox, or what ever folder you were last in.
As for the ad's I have an ad blocker, because they are BAD here and other sites.

Why did your tech personnel decide that the existing calendar was outdated? Please enable your customers to use your old program that was far superior to the product that your have imposed upon your customers. The new email portion of the update is useable but the old was so much more comfortable for you existing customers. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, ALLOW US TO CHOOSE THE OLD.

I am still wondering what happened to the 14,000 negative comments that were here? Didn't like it so you deleted them? Why even bother to provide an avenue for feedback if you are going to ignore it, or worse, delete it.
New AOL mail is for children. When are you going back to the old AOL? Hello? Hello? Anyone home? -

New AOL Mail is horrible. The search function is incomplete. I have to go through all of the Sent box to find old sent emails!!!!

The older version was easy to use, quick, intuitive ~ all options were clearly understood. The new version is NOT intuitive, options are hard to find, almost hidden... only months later have I discovered one that's only MILDLY useful, and I'm afraid to try other "TOOLS" because they set me back, do things I don't need, and even make some of the site unusable. WE'VE HAD DECADES OF USING AOL, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED.... NEVER CHANGED TO ANOTHER SERVICE AS OUR MAIN EMAIL BECAUSE AOL HAD THE QUICKEST, EASIEST, MOST EFFECTIVE PLATFORM. THAT'S NO LONGER TRUE!!! PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION OF RETURNING TO THE CLASSIC AOL.

The new version is not acceptable and not authorized by me. There was no instruction document provided so users have to hunt and peck to use the version provided.
To add insult to injury I was told that the "Original" version of AOL is no longer available. How can management be so callus and not consider the users wants?
