    I do believe that they're not responding because they think that the complaints will eventually stop. However, not responding is just making people more upset, and it's very unprofessional. I've already spoken to customer support and they think we will receive an answer, but they don't know when. I've tried looking for an email address for someone on the Executive Team, but have had no luck.

    I messaged a customer service agent and asked if we were going to receive an answer to the thousands of complaints regarding this horrible new email format. I was told yes but unfortunately she didn't know the exact date when they would be answered.

    I don't understand why you're not responding to the thousands of complaints regarding this update, and why you're not giving us the option to revert back to the classic format. I would appreciate a response.

    This is the worst format, and I don't understand why you've chosen not to give your customers the choice to revert back to classic. Poor business decision on your part.
