GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I want my old email version back immediately!!! I did not ask for an updated, new version and cannot navigate through this new version as an older aol user. Read all of the negative comments and bring back the old version ASAP!!!

If AOL does not want to give access to reinstate the old email format, I suggest exporting your saved emails to a hard or external drive and switching to a more user friendly email provider.

Will someone take notice of all the dis-satisfied customers and revert back to the old format.

I can't find the font style, the font size is useless please sack the idiots who wanted this change.

PLEASE bring Old email back ... It worked well and had all of the feature I needed.
My Game Design & Development business requires the ability to place multiple Images through the text . . . NOT simply "attach" them to be looked at separately.
I will have to l leave AOL if I don't have that ability.

I totally agree with you. I know some people laugh when I give the my "AOL" email address...always get the comment "who uses that any more?" (apparently me)
I don't understand when something works.... leave it alone. I have over 1000 emails I need to clear out....where's the "search" area now to search on particular emails to delete the many at once? Really.... can someone direct me where to find it? It's not in it's usual spot and looking.... I can not find it! My other AOL email has over 5000 emails. I need to clean them out in groups but knowing what I'm deleting is what was intended. If this isn't here any more....I probably end up with a Yahoo account. -

I don't know what AOL's end game is with your recent, "new and improved" software changes, but what ever it was your changes suck, to put it mildly. Also, while I am at it I swear you allow spam E-mails to flourish is just so you can sell your software to prevent them

What happened to the previous #1 thread with the nearly 14,000 comments describing how bad the "new & improved" AOL is?

FIX IT! it totally sucks now! it I wanted a **** email I would have switched to gmail liek the rest of the people did when AOL became obsolete. PLEASE FIX IT! I realize its a "free" service now but do you want to lose the loyal customers you still had?? FIX IT!!

I agree this formate is horrible.. if i wanted this type format i would have changed to yahoo or gmail years ago. .iv been a paid suscriber for 20+ years.. this new look is hard to read, hard to navigate and icons move daily.. today where the old email icon was is now pet news.. I get some younger persons said you need to change and update but know your clientele its older people.. your not going to get younger ones and the older ones are going to start switching due to these changes.. know your customers!

This email takes waaaay more time to operate. A step in the wrong direction for fast and efficient and easy email. It was always the easiest email to operate on a daily basis without a bunch of unneeded bells and whistles messing it up. Please let us have a choice of the email that worked best for us. We have had it work seamlessly for decades. If we wanted something complicated we would have switched years ago. Please allow is to use the old format, which was quick, simple and concise! Thank you.
