    OK!!--this is my 3rd attempt to post my comment---Why not allow some other company take over AOL and straighten it out for the sake of the thousands of customers (some of us paying) who are so upset that are probably going to sign off AOL. NOW anyway I can click on something to restore my previous email which I had until yesterday, but magically disappeared today.

    i just want the previous email (that I had yesterday) . I don't want the ''STANDARD EMAIL'' that says
    NOTHING HERE when I check in to my email for new mail, etc Why was i able to restore my previous email yesterday but not today.??

    I AGREE COMPLETELY. THIS "NEW" FORMAT IS JUST PLAIN BAD. tHERE HAS BEEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT THAT ITS UNBELIEVABLE THAT YOU APPARENTLY HAVE NO PLANS TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND WILL STICK TO THIS FORMAT WHETHER OR NOT YOUR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS AGREE. I'D FIRE THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A SWELL IDEA. GUESS I HAVE TO RESEARCH A NEW BROWSER (AS I THINK A LOT OF PAID CUSTOMERS WILL DO)

    Is there a way to get Classic mail back . It sounds like a lot of customers do not like or want this new email format So why is AOL ignoring this message regarding new email. If I have no choice but to live with the new email then its time foro me to explore other ISPs
