The new AOL Mail is a nightmare: the message cannot be send because the "send" button is at the low end of the screen and almost always it cannot be accessed. Why you moved it from the top of the screen or why don't you provide and another way to send the messages.
Very unsatisfied customer, please return to the old email.

I cannot get my regular emails for doctor appointments and emails about deliveries etc. I'm having difficulties. trying to navigate through the change. I have to get support for the new changes for the simple everyday things for me.

I could not agree more. Someone who made and/or approved these changes either doesn't use the email system or is intentionally wanting to push people off of the system. This "upgrade" is absolutely horrible.

And it leaves a mess to clean up. Any email that is opened and then closed leaves a tab open at the top of the box. What A MESS! I can understand putting one up there, I guess?! But even after you close it, the tab is still open. LOL. Worst programming I've seen in a long time.

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works. 2 words for the new format; EPIC FAIL

Why change what was working! Please return to the email format in place for so many years. If we didn't like AOL and were used to the format, we probably would not still be here! What has happened to my contact group lists?!!!

The new version makes it difficult to manage emails. I don't understand why you changed!!!! Easy of cleaning and easy reading emails is the main reason I'm with AOL. If I wanted a gmail account, I would go to gmail. Please put back the old version!

scrap the new stuff and reload the original

return to the original aol, even going from the new version to the "claimed" original version is just a dumbed down version of the new one.

The original version worked and did not need any changes.
