GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Return to the previous version of Email. This new version deletes Emails I want to keep and ones I have not read. It is a terrible program in in this version.

Couldn't agree more. It used to work. Now it doesn't. Give us back the version which worked!

AOL was born in the USA. the first DEMOCRACY in the world. Then give at least the possibility to choose between OLD AND NEW VERSION OF AOL MAIL. THIS IS TRUE DEMOCRACY

AUTOMATICALLY OPENING THE NEXT EMAIL IN LINE WHEN I CLICK THE DOWN ARROW EXPOSES ME TO SPAM.
IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY OPEN EMAIL THAT I THINK IS SPAM.
Of course, since I can't see the incoming email address, there's no way to know it's spam without opening it, but that begs the question.

STOP AUTOMATICALLY OPENING EMAILS WHEN I TRY TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE NEXT ONES IN LINE
When I open a new email, in Classic I could then click the down arrow and it would show me the next email but not open it. and I could click on down until finding one I wanted to open.NOW when I click the down arrow after opening email, it AUTOMATICALLY OPENS THE NEXT ONE.
Who is AOL to decide that I want to open the next one? I can decide for myself whether to open the next one. All I want when clicking the down arrow while reading one email is to see what's next, NOT open it.

No one likes the new, so back to the old. The only reason more don't complain is they can't find the feedback on the new format.

Go back to the old email that actually works. I've been complaining about issues since the changeover. Obviously, AOL doesn't care. Time to leave.

MY IDEA IS VERY SIMPLE " GO BACK IMMEDIATELY TO OLD AOL MAIL". YOU WOULD MAKE EVERYONE VERY VERY VERY HAPPY. THE OLD AOL MAIL WAS PERFECT WHY CHANGE IT? NOT CHANGING IT WOULD BE WICKEDNESS!!!

Only feature I like is you can search within the folders you create. The ads are awful and not relevant and STOP trying to be outlook. This is why I dont use Outlook it sucks. Old format please and thank you.

The basic AOL is really bad. This is so much worse. 2 words; EPIC FAIL. Go back to the old format.

AOL mail is now frustrating, annoying and downright unfriendly. It does not function better with the "Upgrade". Perhaps AOL software writers should try using other email services to understand how email should work.

AOL is now being run by the idots of a failed educational system and after you add the social media cr@p they are probably not even working a regular week..forget customer service they eliminated that dept...there has been easily over 20,000 responses...i got a copy and pasted letter a few weeks earlier which was just a repeated statement...so we kinda know now that they dont care anymore...so with no one to complain to we are all whistling dixie...

I hate the new layout, much prefer the old one. I detest the way the email (when operating on my laptop, not my phone) just opens the next email in line whether I want it to (or even notice it happening) or not. At first it was just annoying, but when I lost track of an important email, I wanted to smash the screen. More automation is not an improvement. Don't assume your helping me by taking control out of my hands.
