How can we improve AOL Mail?

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Go back to Classic E-mail. I have had it since 1987. The old version worked well. The new is so slow and cumbersome. Almost un-usable. Give long-timers the option to return to what was loved and operational!

    Yes!! We should have the option. I LOVE the classic mail better myself. My son changed it for me a few times and now he can't change it back. I want the classic mail also!! Again...the option should be there!!

    I agree! The old "Classic Mail" format was much easier to use and to read. We used to be able to choose between the two. Please give us that choice again!

    SERIOUSLY !!!, "IF" I wanted change I'd use Gmail more !!!
    Find a way to give ME back the Classic look of AOL !!!

    The old system worked well, the new system is simply awful which is why, having tried it some weeks ago and when there was an option to return to Classic, I returned to Classic.

    Why is it automatically changed? I hate it. Don't fix what's not broken. I want to go back to classic and not very happy you changed my settings!

    Stop trying to change what works. AOL mail tried this format before & all the comments were the same as the ones posted here. Why can’t you just leave it alone

    If I wanted a different look I would have chosen a different look or email system. The LAST thing I want to spend my time doing is fixing this mess. I'm pretty ****** off.

    I want my original Arial Font 14 to use in my e-mail correspondence.
