    Not only do the formatting changes SUCK but emails take forever. I get blocked due to the fact that AOL is so bad and other emails take a day to arrive. AOL you had bigger problems to deal with than making a tiny font email system that spits on disloyal users for decades.

    Because I don't see the old mail in my mailbox, I am forgetting to do things that I would normally see in regular text as opposed to the bolded new mail from the OLD AND SUPERIOR FORMAT. The designers were obviously not long time users. So, to put it politely, ******** AND CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT. THAT IS ALL.

    1. Yes. AOL is not listening to its customer base either before the new version or after.
    2. Who the $%^@ created this version?
    3. The way AOL has handled the negative feedback is nothing short of bullying and gaslighting. If they think the users are going to believe that an inferior product is superior, it is plain old gaslighting. We are all old enough to know when we are being played.
    4. What do we not know? Companies do not make enormous changes without an enormous reason? Why did they create a gmail product with a 6 point font that only twnety-somethings can read?
    5. Two years ago, bullying customers into changes you wanted to make was a thing. Now, customers are forced to make very diliberate choices with their money and what companies they support. Read the room, AOL.

    I have been with AOL since 1996 but this will be the straw that broke my back. Some "genius" wanted to get promoted and needed a way to do it so we all are being tortured with this pathetic, Google styled mail system. Well, AOL, the joke has been on you for years and I have put up with it....now, we are done. The clock is ticking. Go back to what we all loved you for, simplicity, or I will find an email that people don't laugh at everytime I give them my email. P.S. genius who got promoted, take a page from Bud Light and know some things are better left alone.

    Having to click the action then Go is like talking to a teenager. Why do I want to say everything twice? Again, whomever was hired to do all of these stupid changes was recruited from the BudLight Team to impose totalitarianism that customers never needed or wanted against their will.

    Again, AOL you are the literal worst.

    They do not care. They have an alterior motive. They are aligning with Yahoo and hate us. So, while I completely agree with you...we don't matter and never will. Loyalty is worthless to companies now.

    NO matter what you put in the search bar, everything and anything comes up. Any mailbox, any email, anything. Like AOL and its developers and customer services, it is useless. Thanks for taking an awesome service and devaluing it completely. Destruction from within. That completely describes the USA in 2023. Perfect. FU

    Was told that AOL needs to align with Yahoo. Security needs to be improved. AOL needs to be more modern. And, they were listening to our feedback. But, my frustration was only mine. My rant was only my rant. "As of the moment, the Classic mail will not be used anymore." So, there you have it. All hope is gone.
