I totally agree - we should have the option to choose which version we want to use - that should be a customer option, not a mandate imposed by AOL. And notice that I used the word "customer" - that is what all of us are to you. You want to keep customers - let us chose what we want! My friends tell me I should be using gmail or Outlook - I've been a staunch supporter of AOL since its onset - might have to start listening to my friends and shift loyalties.

I totally agree - and I've had AOL e-mail since its onset. Please put me back into the Classic version and don't change me again to any "new" version without describing the changes and asking me if I want to change.

I cannot STAND This new email format!! It's HORRIBLE. I too have been with AOL for about 21 years. This is so idiotic. If I wanted to go to Yahoo mail (This is a direct copy of Yahoo and Gmail) It's awful!! I'd go to them if I wanted those!! THIS IS AOL - not yahoo and gmail. GIVE us the RIGHT of choice. Good grief!
