    Downloading documents and photos is a real pain with the new AOL. I have to click on the attachment several times to download anything. Bring back Classic or stop pretending that you care about customer feedback!

    I've been using AOL for over a quarter century. I don't like the look of "new AOL" (anyone remember "New Coke?) The representative I just talked to kept interrupting me and talking down to me. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me I could call back.

    I have to believe that there is a way to engineer the new AOL to resemble old AOL for those of us who prefer it.
