    I'm having the same problem. Why make it so difficult, if not impossible, to revert to standard (or classic) AOL formatting? The push for the new (or basic) AOL formatting feels arbitrary and thoroughly unhelpful.

    This new format is terrible. I can't find, how to clear/delete e-mail history and searches.

    I am having a lot of problems with the New AOL. The Classic AOL was MUCH BETTER!
    FIRST - I cannot find the Times Roman Font that I need to use to submit my poetry. I cannot find Ariel Font either.
    WHY DID YOU REMOVE the two most popular fonts for submitting literature?

    ALSO:
    I tried to get my classic AOL back and was told that it was no longer available.
    In Fact ... I am having problems with the new AOL. When I copy & paste my work to submit (poems) they all paste as double-spaced, then I have to go back and reformat everything. It is a lot of extra work and time and I HATE IT! Is there a way to copy and paste where it will not do that [double space lines that are not wrapped]?
    I know how to fix it after the fact, but it is extra work

    WHY does it past double-spaced? IT never did that with the classic AOL?

    The entire system SUCKS now. I might have to stop being a paying customer and switch to a more user-friendly email I have been with AOL for a very long time, and I am an ANGRY customer!

    Allow members to decide which AOL MAIL they want. The new one is dreadful. Considering a new site. I have been on AOL since 1998. Worked fine. This is a night mare. May I ask what genius created this mess?

    I cannot get a response on the AOL app so I am trying here. The are more than 3,000 problems comments about the AOL apps , but no reply for AOL. The new App will not allow email to be read in landscape. It is a problem to try and read email in portrait on a cellphone or tablet. Please fix the AOL app or allow us to go back to the old App.
    If I hear from you I will be surprised.
