Metal Roof Ad over inbox mail AND other Ads (big problem)
I keep choosing to hide ads that are irrelevant to me, click "other" have tried "offensive "have tried all options of why when providing feedback as to why I want to hide the ad," AS SOON AS I'M DONE THE SAME AD/ADS CONTINUE TO SHOW? It's bad enough that we're spammed with these irrelevant Ads since AOL became "YAHOO LIKE," but you're providing an option to hide an Ad you're not interested in for whatever your reason, and to provide feedback about why, and then your "latest upgrade/downgrade" continues to show it to you anyway? Is anyone driving this train?

This is ridiculous. We're being spammed with these irrelevant ads (as bad or worse than Facebook in this new version that was forced on us), you supply a way to hide it and give feedback as to why, but once you submit the feedback the same exact ads you've just chosen to hide and given a reason why, immediately shows up within seconds again, and if you hide those, the next one you tried to hide and submitted feedback as to why, then appears again - a never ending cycle. Can you please bug test your interfaces before forced upon your users before release of them? Your 100% broken, non-functioning email new interface, which is already missing the most critical components that it always had prior (font choosing, font size by number of font size, flags, column control and SO MUCH MORE) is filled with non-working functions that it's frustrating and unusable, or visually and mentally so unpleasant to your users that we prefer to leave AOL or not check critical email, that it's genuinely a very poor show of of competience on behalf of AOL, which in specific options is now showing me a YAHOO logo? I AM NOT a Yahoo email user, have always refused to be, for multiple decades and DO NOT choose to be now. The new GUI is filled with bugs, malfunctioning bugs, as well as loss of function from the beloved "always had" AOL email we always had. PLEASE fix the add situation. If I see one more ad about metal roofs, even though I've hid it countless times and providing feedback as to why - including Citibank and everything else irrelevant or offensive to me, I'm going to pull my hair out, let out a scream, take aspirin for the headache it's literall causing me, and open a new email account with a provider who not only cares about their customers, which you obviously no longer do, but which offers an email platform without this mess you've just forced on us. A response would be lovely. Thank you.
