Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.

Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    I love AOL. My first email in 2006, and I use it for everything, unless I have to have one different for something else

    It would be great if emails remained checked even after opening one. Rechecking those boxes after opening one is always a waste of time. Precedents are available in other email careers. Thanks for considering this suggestion.

    Everyone I know that has AOL Mail liked Classic email, including me. Please return to Classic Email, I loved it! AOL mail currently is no better than any other email service, in fact to make the current email like Classic is to open another instance of AOL mail...

    Please quit changing my email back to your new **** after I change back to Classic, and stop hiding the switch to Classic, which I came here to find. Also put an obvious off switch on any AI **** you think is necessary to display when I'm composing a message.

    i agree, let's go back to Classic Email. People are not able to open my emails, why?
    It was much simpler and easier to use.

    You kept, but stopped communication on original mail. You made a new one that would not work. I need my old emails to work because it has legal documents that I need. I’m lease respond, and I’ll see if I can read it.

    The old E mail was simple. I don't have any state secrets. to put out. I just want to coverse one at a time or several at a time MISS - Make It Simple Stupid

    I agree! wth now I can't do anything on my email. I have changed passwords and deleted cookies and I still can't delete any mail or access my account info. why **** with something that worked. Now I have to email everyone. I use this email, and I'm going to go with a different email. Thanks, AOL you SUCK! It only seems to be when using Chrome. what is up with that?

    WHY did AOL change the email format??? AND the new pictures for the top of the email page are the ugliest I've seen! GO back to the previous format/pictures

    Please stop this screening and asking if I trust the sender. I am not happy with the new format.
